NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Since Puerto Rico endured devastating damage from hurricanes throughout September, people from right here in Connecticut have been stepping up to help out.
The Hillhouse High School Football team was one such group that helped the people of Puerto Rico.

Ticket proceeds from Friday night’s game against Hamden are being donated for hurricane relief.
The school district says between ticket sales and donations, $4,500 were raised on Friday.
